At H₂o Coastal Chic, LLC we want to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Here's what you can expect from our shipping policy:

Shipping Options

We ship via USPS. If you require expedited shipping, please review the shipping options at checkout. 

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. 

Delivery Times

Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday within 48-72 hours of receipt. Delivery times are in addition to processing time.

Tracking

Please note that H₂o Coastal Chic, LLC is not responsible for lost or delayed orders unless shipping with tracking is purchased by the customer.

Once an order is put into the hands of USPS, they are liable for your package. In the event that your package is lost or damaged, fill out a claim with USPS including your tracking number to be reimbursed for any loss or damages. If your order is marked "delivered" but has not been delivered to you, please reach out to your local USPS location.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via USPS.

International Shipping

We ship internationally, please email us for specific shipping costs. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes. The recipient is responsible for these additional fees.

Undeliverable Addresses

If an order is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, we will attempt to contact you for a correction; additional shipping fees and packaging fees will apply.
